Advanced Computer Applications
This week students will take Computer Skills Test, Database quiz, Spreadsheet, Word Processing, Ethics and Security quizzes. Next we will begin Office Word documents which includes font and text effects, highlight text, format painter, inserting symbols, clip art and pictures from the internet. We will create a news letter which includes,Word art, Columns, Tables, and Symbols.
Multimedia
Today students will create a web page (HTML) on assigned topic. The page will include ordered list, link, pages that link, table with border, radio button and picture that links. Next we will do a Power Point which includes a graph, custom animation (flash) and graphics.
Engineering Design
Alphabet of Lines. We will continue views of objects and sketching 2d drawings on grid paper, line weight and thickness. We will learn about cabinet, oblique and isometric drawings. Students will create Orthographic Views of drawings from an isometric. With projection lines and hidden. Also we will continue with our PowerPoint presentations about engineering.
