Medical Technology
We began our class using the Modern Biology text (chapter 23) studying Bacteria. Assignments are to answer section objectives (3) as we discussed the chapter. Students are to answer on page 479 questions 1 thru 9. Flash assignment is to trace a Cell and Prokaryote which is in the Medtech folder. Test tomorrow on labels of tracings. Next topic will be Viruses which begins on page 482 of text. In this section we will also answer section objectives, study definitions and answer test on page 497. Students will also do a report using word on a viral Disease.
Engineering Design 3rd
Students will be given a quiz on Engineers Notebook , Sketching, Pictorials and notes from discussion today. This week students will begin work on Isometric Sketching. Students will receive handouts and create the sketch on isometric paper. We will continue our discussion about Drafting, Engineering and Architecture.
Multimedia
Today we will finish our assignments from last week and Wednesday we are going to begin work in the area of Audio and Film Making. We will use Audacity and Movie Maker to complete assignments.
Engineering Design
Students have four drawings to do and place dimensions on each. The problems are Shim, Face Plate, Alignment Plate and Motor Bracket. Each present a different challenge in dimensioning. Friday we will look at a power point about Sections which we will begin next.
